Teff Farms is a with Selam Foods established in 2010. Teff Farms is in charge of growing Teff, barley, chiles, and chickpeas in the Western and Midwestern United States. Selam Foods (www.selamfoods.com) is a producer and marketer of Teff flour, barley flour, Spiced Ethiopian pepper (Berbere), shiro powder, and Ethiopian green bean coffee. We also operate a state-of-the-art mill in Winnemucca, Nevada, where most of our grains grow.
